Shine Like Diamonds is this year’s theme for Girls Experiencing Missions (GEM) on October 20-21 at the Laclede Baptist Association Camp (off Hwy T, south of Stoutland). It is a two-day event where girls grades 1-6 will focus on pursuing a living relationship with Jesus Christ. They will experience missions in praying, giving, learning, and doing. Vonda Wallace will take a group each day – meeting at church. Girls and adults interested in assisting should email Vonda at vwallace@lebanonhbc.com. The cost is $35 per person, with scholarships available. T-shirts are $10 for youth small – Adult XL, $12 for 2xl-3xl, and $14 for 4xl. They need to be ordered by September 12th.
