You are invited to join with other men from many other churches in Laclede County at our 5th Annual Men’s Winter Retreat, sponsored by the Laclede County Association of Southern Baptist Churches.
It will be January 8-9, 2021, at the Windermere Christian Retreat Center in Roach, Missouri (near Camdenton).
As we finish up seemingly on of the most unusual years in history how are we focusing our walk. We want to invite and encourage you to attend our Fifth Annual Regional Men’s Winter Retreat and join with other men to equip, strengthen worship, and fellowship for the year ahead. And to invite others that you know would benefit. In Micah 6:8, the Lord spoke to the nation (Israel) through the prophet Micah. It was obvious the nation had displeased the Lord regarding obedience He began a profound challenge to remind the nation of His requirements. How might these requirements apply to us today?
Teaching, worship guest testimonies, fellowship and recreation will prove to be a time of strengthening and investing in who we are and setting a tine for our 2021 walk.

This year we will be headed to our beloved Windermere
With continued virus concern, the Center’s exterior entrance to each motel room will help with promoting personal distancing. Activities will be held within the spacious dining and meeting areas. Again, a very large area where participants can have expanded area. Masking and sanitizing supplies will be made available
Early Friday arrivals will be treated from 2 to 4 PM to a tour of the Windermere campus and facilities

Directions to Windermere Retreat Center
Approximately 45 minutes from Lebanon. Travel north on Highway 5 to west on Highway 54 and travel approximately 6 miles (through Camdenton). Turn right on Koehler Road (Fire Station and Windermere sign) and travel 2 miles to 1650 Koehler Drive. Watch for signs to Registration office. For boaters and fishermen, take the left fork at the Larry Gale Access.
All meals, lodging and needed resources are included in your conference fee. The retreat will formally end with a lunch meal on Saturday. If you or your group wishes, the gymnasium will be available in the afternoon. Windermere also has docks and other areas available for afternoon fishing.

Checks will need to be delivered to HBC or the Laclede Baptist Association office.
This year’s costs have been reduced. Remember from previous years, January’s weather is unpredictable. While a minimum of $40/person reservation fee is required, a full and complete refund will be provided should inclement winter weather prevent you attendance. Check with Doug Kennett about riding in our church van.
